Kancil Drive Shaft repair / rosak

Holla....hari ni saya bawa kancil ke workshop untuk repair drive shaft. Actually, last week saya perasan yang drive shaft cover tu dh koyak..ingt temperory nak lekatkan je dgn gam. Skali bila jek kereta, baru perasan, koyak die besar juga n bukan satu tapi ade dua cover getah tu yg koyak. So, nak tak nak terpaksa la hantar ke workshop juga utk repair. Kalau tgok gambar ni, dlam kawasan merah tu ade nampak kesan getah tu koyak.


Bile sampai workshop tu, mekanik terus jek kete and check kawasan yang rosak. Initial plan saya ingat nak tuka satu set terus. Malas nak pikir2 lagi sebab takut nanti rosak tengah jalan lagi la problem. Lepas je mekanik check, die tanya msa bawak kereta ni ade masalah x? Setahu saya masa bawak kereta atau time corner mmg xde dengar bunyi apa2. Ikut pengalaman dulu, bese kalau time pulas stereng nak masuk simpang atau amik corner, akan dengar bunyi kletakletak. Tu petanda drive shaft dah kong.


So mekanik tu cakap since takde bunyi, so cuma tukar getah je dah cukup. Bila die buka harga, then ok la. So die tukar terus. Kalau nak tukar satu set dah lebey kurang RM200. Tu belum campur upah pasang lagi. Tapi since tukar getah je, so lagi murah la. Kalau satu set macam ni bentuk die.


Masa dah buka driveshaft tu, minyak gear keluar. Punya la kotor minyak gear tu. Warna karat abes. Pelik juga sebab rasanya baru awal tahun lepas tuka minyak gear masa ganti clucth dulu. So, siap je die tuka getah tu, diorang pun pam minyak gear yang baru. So, kos sume sekali adalah RM180 sekali kos upah. Mahal juga tapi sebab memang selalu buat kat workshop ni so xkisah la. Nanti kalau pegi kedai lain takut xngam atau lain pula diorg buat. Upah diorg amik dalam RM40. So lagi RM140 tu adalah harga minyak gear dan dua getah cover tu.

So sekarang ni bley drive kancil tu dengan senang hati. Cuma tinggal nak repair aircond je. Tunggu la. Sekarang xde bajet lagi. Almaklumlah, itu ari kos ketuk body dan cat sahaja dah RM2.5K. Kita ni accident awal tahun lepas. Tapi masa tu xde duit nak repair. So cuma suruh mekanik tu repair supaya kete tu bley jalan bawak rumah pon dah cukop. Itupon kena dalam RM800 juga. Jadi bile ujung taun lepas ada duit, saya pon anta cat and ketuk body. Absorber kiri kanan pon diorg tuka baru sbb masa accident dlu, absorber tu jadi kong. Kereta ni mmg sayang nak jual sebab xde hutang. Pastu die punya jimat, fuh, jarum minyak tu payah benor nak turun. Kalau Neo tu, jalan sikit je dah abis satu bar. Volkswagen Golf.. Das Auto... Realistic Dream Car

Hello everybody...for these entry, I wanna share to you about my realistic dream car, Volkswagen Golf. I am planning to get used car as new car value depreciate too much and some more, I have better the remaining cash for stock investment.
I am actually die hard fan of skyline line up, from R32 to R35. But to own one is a bit hard for me due to money or budget issue. Even for older R32, price starting from RM25K until RM150K. Give me RM150K, for sure I grab one R34. The price is totally ridiculous for 1990 year car. And no need to brag about R35, price available at market starting from RM250K. Well, I m still not retarded yet to spend that amount for one liability unless I am super duper rich.

 

 Well, lets forget about skyline up here and focus on my dream golf..yeah...why I choose Golf, and more precisely, why Volkswagen?????

Some people might think I am stupid or plainly dumb but I have some valid reason. After consider Proton Inspira, Ford Focus and Hyundai Elantra, my hearts pull me towards Golf.
Among these four car, Golf is a quite smaller, but as for me, space is not my concern because 80% I am driving alone. Even if I married later, I dont see any problem with Golf.

Inspira is good for modding as many part can be taken from Lancer GT or Evo 10. I love how mitsubishi design the lancer from front face until rear end. Absolutely gorgeous. And lets say if I am buying Inspira, first changes is its front and rear bumper. Definitely. But there is one big problem with Inspira, the power extract from 4B mivec engine is not that much. I don't wanna show off but my Neo CPS can pawn those ah beng inspira or lancer gt. From stand still to 170km/h is not that hard for my little blackie. Of coz, I could plunk in Evo 10 engine but that will cost a bomb. Even for Mivec CK engine for neo, cheapest I can get including installation is RM9k.




For, the other two cars not much too say. I like Focus and Elantra exterior and interior design. Even the gadget provided for these car also quite awesome. But still, the lack of power is turn down for me.

Actually my target is to get one nice MK6 Golf TSi 1.4. Well, MK7 Golf design is a bit weird especially its tail light. Not my preference.

Although its only 1.4 litter engine, the power from supercharge and turbocharge shall not be under estimated. 160ps and 240Nm is the figure for the power and torque. And the best part is, this maximum torque can be achieved at 1750rpm to 4500rpm. Believe me, its good enough for me.

A lot of people complain about Volks transmission especially the dual clutch issue. For this matter, I will consult with my mechanic during car survey and this car will be my fun weekend car. One of my friend currently drove Jetta and he really loves his car and so far, there is no issue appear. But, nah, Jetta looks like Uncle car..haha

Performance upgrade available for Golf also not difficult to source. I have seen myself one white color Golf change his exhaust system at Supercircuit Sunway. The sound extract from those twin pipes are tremendous.

I am also looking forward to upgrade the bodykit. So far, Rieger bodykit looks fierce and solid. I might consider it later. Overall Golf MK6 exterior and interior design look clean and simple. Not too futuristic and not too outdated. I believe this is a right choice for me. Hopefully I could get this sexy car by end of 2016. Lets enjoy the picture. Adiosssss

Salam to you all. Entry kali ini saya nak ulas sedikit pasal fav band saya iaitu Avenged Sevenfold (A7X). Kalau dalam bahasa malaysia xsilap maksud dia adalah pembela terhebat. Ntah la. Belasah je la. A7X ni adalah american heavy metal band. Saya start kenal band ni masuk baru masuk U dlu, tahun 2005 kalau xsilap. Itupun sbb ade membe share. Sekali bila dh dengar lagu2 dia mmg layan abes la. Dlu msa sekolah, band2 yang byk saya dengar more to mainstream like Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, Blink 182, Green Day, Metallica, Iron Maiden dan seangkatannya.

Time tu kalau cakap A7X ni, haram jadah xde sekor pon kenal. Kalau ade yg kenal tu sume mmg kaki2 metal atau yg mmg pelanggan tetap Krangg zine. Masa thun 2005 tu jugala I know bout those underground metal band like Thurisaz (Still my fav till now), Opeth, Cradle of Filth(Now already become mainstream band..sap kok), Underoath (pun dh mainstream, ranjau), Epica, Vassline (Band dari Korea..mmg mantap), Illnath dan banyak lagi.

Is it so difficult to use Solid works 3D CAD software ????

For this entry, I would like to talk about Solid works. I believe most of engineering background out there will know this software. Basically it is CAD software for 3D design and able to perform some simple analysis. Similar software as Solid works in the market are Creo Element (Previouly called Pro/Engineer), Autodesk Inventor, Unigraphic and etc.

As for my work, this is our main software to create our product design. In previous company, I was using Pro/Engineer and Creo Elements. Both software have their pro and cons. But, I m still tend to love Creo more than Solidworks especially when dealing with surface modelling creation and also in assembly design.

I'm still remember the second week after join my current company, my boss ask me to modify the current 3D design due to tooling problem and it must be done on the same day. At that time, I'm still learning on how to use the function inside Solid works. At some point, I was like totally wanna give up as too many thing are unclear and my boss kept on calling me to send latest 3D to our supplier. Finally, I am able to complete within the same day and the method to modify it is totally sucks. I am using Pro/Engineer method and the steps are seriously longer then I expected.

But that one is old story. Haha. I already use this Solid works almost 2 years and believe me, its not that hard. Some function are totally brilliant and useful.

Below here is my personal project. Done it when I have a free time. This is my second car. The first one is quite ugly so I think its better not to show it. Haha.

I am one of the petrol-head and really love beautiful car. And being able to make it one by myself is truly satisfaction.

Those orange-white sport rim is my favorite. It takes less than 30 hour to complete this car and most of the steps are done based on surface modelling method. I know its not yet completed especially the interior parts but who careeeee....this is my car..haha...enjoy it....

Actually if you all want to learn how to use Solid works, there are lot of tutorials inside the Youtube and thanks to all of them for their contribution without taking any fees..Adiosssss

Interior xde buat ape cuma gantikan OEM player kepada Pioneer Double Din touchscreen. Mahal beli player ni dlu. RM1300++ juga la. Skrg mungkin dh murah.

Power xpayah citer la. Korang try bawak. Memang sedap especially bila CPS tu buka..Fuh...Last time saya dudok Japan satu bulan lebey. Malam2 tido termimpi kot bwak Neo CPS ni. Masa tu baru setahun beli. Punya sayang nya kat kete ni.

Cas yang saya kenakan murah je. Deposit RM50. Sehari cuma RM80 je... Kalau anda sewa lebih dari satu hari saya bley kurangkan lagi...harga xpayah risau. Bley bincang punya. Dokumen yang penting adalah lesen memandu anda. Xkan la saya nak sewakan kereta dkt org yang xde lesen kan, naya je.
Deposit akan saya pulangkan setelah pasti kereta dipulangkan dalam keadaan OK. Bwak kete org ni, pandai2 la nak jaga yer. Jangan main belasah jer. Hehehe
